Amelia J Collection Return/Exchange Policy
Amelia J Collection wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return your merchandise, we will gladly accept your timely return (some exclusions apply**). The items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) and in their original packaging, with all tags included. Please include the receipt/invoice in your package.
**Items including swimsuits, leotards, underwear, socks, tights, sunglasses, hair tools, hair accessories, hats, and jewelry are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless received by the customer in damaged or defective condition.
**All items that are discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE.
**All INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES are FINAL SALE.
All returns valued over $150 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Only merchandise which has been purchased at full price is eligible for return/refund. Returns for full-priced merchandise must be initiated within 3 days of receipt (from when items were delivered by carrier) for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the return is valued over $150, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any returns initiated after 3 days, until a maximum of 7 days, will be eligible for an exchange or store credit for the amount paid for the returned item, minus shipping costs. After 7 days from receipt of merchandise, if a return or an exchange has not been initiated, a sale becomes FINAL. No returns will be accepted. No exceptions.

Merchandise which has been discounted any amount less than 20% is eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Merchandise which has been discounted 20% off or more is FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, unless merchandise was received in damaged or defective condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Please examine all merchandise immediately upon receipt to ensure there are no mistakes, or for any signs of damage or defect. All claims must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 561.629.5132 so we can initiate the return process. For damaged/defective merchandise, we will first attempt to replace the item. However, if we do not have stock of the item, a refund will be issued.
Items which have been specially ordered for a specific customer can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT only. Returns must be inititiated within 3 days of receipt and received by Amelia J Collection within 14 days to be eligible for a return.
If you are planning to make an exchange and need a specific item held until your package is received by Amelia J Collection, we are happy to work with you to set aside an item for a reasonable amount of time to ensure you are able to make the exchange. Amelia J Collection will hold the item for a maximum of 7 days. If your exchange is received outside of this timeframe, or if you decide against the exchange, you will be eligible for a STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds will be issued. No exceptions.
Initiating a Return/Exchange
Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization or to inform us of your wish to exchange an item. Include your Order Number, the item you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return in your email to us. Alternatively, you can call us at 561.629.5132 to initiate your return/exchange. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted for return or exchange and will not be returned to you.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that will be emailed to you. Store credits do not expire. To redeem, simply enter the store credit code in the gift card field during checkout. It will automatically deduct your store credit amount off of the total amount of your purchase.

While we wish we could offer free returns to our loyal customers, please keep in mind we are a small business. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, original shipping costs incurred by Amelia J Collection will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Amelia J Collection does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
