Amelia J Collection Return/Exchange Policy
Amelia J Collection wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return your merchandise, we will gladly accept your timely return for an exchange or store credit only (some exclusions apply**). The items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged) and in their original packaging, with all tags included. Please include the receipt/invoice in your package.
**Items including swimsuits, leotards, underwear, socks, tights, sunglasses, hair tools, hair accessories, hats, and jewelry are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless received by the customer in damaged or defective condition.
**All items that are discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE.
**All INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES are FINAL SALE. For international shipments, the receiver is responsible for all taxes and customs fees and duties. Amelia J Collection will not issue a refund for packages which are returned because of refusal to pay duties. Amelia J Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen international packages. Lost orders are at the expense of the receiver.
All returns valued over $150 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Only merchandise which has been purchased at full price is eligible for return. Returns for full-priced merchandise must be initiated within 3 days of receipt (72 hours from when items were delivered by carrier) for a store credit, minus shipping costs. If the return is valued over $150, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. After 3 days (72 hours) from receipt of merchandise, if a return or an exchange has not been initiated, a sale becomes FINAL. No returns will be accepted. No exceptions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Please examine all merchandise immediately upon receipt to ensure there are no mistakes, or for any signs of damage or defect. All claims must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Please e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 561.660.1715 so we can initiate the return process. For damaged/defective merchandise, we will first attempt to replace the item. However, if we do not have stock of the item, a store credit will be issued.
Amelia J Collection is not responsible for any losses or damage that may occur during shipping or delivery. Lost orders are at the expense of the receiver.
Items which have been specially ordered for a specific customer are FINAL SALE.
If you are planning to make an exchange and need a specific item held until your package is received by Amelia J Collection, we are happy to work with you to set aside an item for a reasonable amount of time to ensure you are able to make the exchange. Amelia J Collection will hold the item for a maximum of 7 days. If your exchange is received outside of this timeframe, or if you decide against the exchange, you will be eligible for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Initiating a Return/Exchange
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization or to inform us of your wish to exchange an item. Include your Order Number, the item you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return in your email to us. Any items returned to us without a return authorization will not be accepted for return or exchange and will not be returned to you.
Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that will be emailed to you. Store credits expire after 12 months. To redeem, simply enter the store credit code in the gift card field during checkout. It will automatically deduct your store credit amount off of the total amount of your purchase.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot he canceled. Please ensure that you’ve read all policies before finalizing an order. The items will be shipped out and can only be returned/exchanged within the policy guidelines outlined above.
To return your merchandise, please follow the return authorization instructions above and we will provide you with the correct address to mail your return.
While we wish we could offer free returns to our loyal customers, please keep in mind we are a small business. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, original shipping costs incurred by Amelia J Collection will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Amelia J Collection does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**If AMELIA J COLLECTION notices an unreasonable return pattern, we reserve the right to refuse any future transactions or returns from those customers.
